Some are links, some will be the State's or feelings or emotions, and there is no filter in it .. Digg demonstrate the wisdom of crowds and collaborative filtering of content that passes through their system, "Adelson said." On Twitter, theres a chance you can get, no matter who has followed. During this time, Digg is doing more to differentiate itself from Twitter, which seems to have stolen by the tendency of Digg lightning.
