<p> But while China remains the country with more mobile phone users, India is catching up with the rate of adoption of mobile phones even faster. The country has 791 million mobile subscribers at the end of February, according to the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India. This has been a considerable increase since last September, when India has 687 million mobile phone users. </p>

<p> Sales of smartphones in China will reach 95 million per year. While only 21 million smartphones sold in 2009, the number has almost tripled to 62 million by 2010, according to Beijing-based research firm Analysys International. According to analysts, sales of smartphones in China have helped fuel the rise of 3G subscribers in the country. </p>

The new team will be eight times faster than that of China after its launch in Tianhe 2012.IBM-1A is building its own 20-petaflop system at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. Japan is also working on a petaflop system 10. The Cray XT5 Jaguar workshop was the previous world record of 1.75 petaflops. </p>
